Marilee Hochstein, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Marilee Hochstein grew up in Lake Mary, Florida, spending most of her childhood exploring the outdoors, caring for animals, and playing sports. She lived in Hanover, Germany for a year before graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. She continued her education at Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2013.
Dr. Hochstein practiced at a small and exotic animal practice for nearly 10 years in Ann Arbor, Michigan before moving back to Florida in 2022. She believes all animals, big and small, deserve high-quality and compassionate integrative veterinary care. Dr. Hochstein values the importance of the human-animal bond and cares for her patients as if they are her own. She firmly believes communication is key to creating a caring and trusting relationship with her clients.
Dr. Hochstein is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two beautiful children and some furry, and not-so-furry friends, at home. In her free time, Dr. Hochstein enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer, being outdoors, and reading books.
