Miriam Espino González, DVM

Dr. Miriam Espino was raised in Carolina, Puerto Rico, where she completed her B.Sc. in Biology before earning her Veterinary degree from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Espino has a diverse range of interests in veterinary medicine, including dermatology, exotic animals, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine. As a Fear-Free Certified Professional, she is committed to creating a compassionate and stress-free environment for pets and their owners.

Outside of work, Dr. Espino enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Valiant and Reese, and her bird, Lucky. She loves exploring the outdoors, fishing, watching movies, traveling, and trying new restaurants, especially those with delicious fruits, pastries, and her favorite—carrot cake.
